1. Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and cables.
  • Custom-built or special-order products are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at 📧 support@wheelwavecaraudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely, including your purchase receipt and RA number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.


2. Refunds

Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Products returned without authorization may be subject to partial refunds or restocking fees.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please follow the return process and then place a new order for the replacement product.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if available).
  3. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping when applicable.
